Terms of service

1. The service

Winfind (winfind.io) is an online software published by Balgroup LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”). It helps e-commerce sellers find products that are already selling (“winners”) from live market data (TikTok Shop sales, Meta ads, Douyin), analyze them, and prepare their brand and strategy with the help of artificial intelligence.

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Your account

Access requires an account, created with a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for everything done from your account. One person may hold only one account; the free credits at signup are granted once per person.

The service is intended for professionals and adults.

3. Credits

Each paid action uses credits, shown before you click: a winner search 10 credits, a product analysis 10 credits, a winner's brand and strategy 10 credits, the factory search 3 credits, a question to the agent 2 credits. These prices may change; the price shown when you click applies.

Credits are taken when the action starts. An action that does not complete (no product found, technical error, interruption) is refunded in credits automatically. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded in cash.

4. Plans and top-ups

Two monthly subscriptions: Starter at $19.90 a month for 100 credits, and Max at $39.90 a month for 250 credits, including product analysis. Plan credits are reset to their level at each renewal; unused plan credits do not roll over.

One-time top-ups: 50 credits for $12.90 and 150 credits for $29.90. Top-up credits never expire as long as the account exists.

Prices are in US dollars, excluding any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.

5. Changing plan and cancelling

You can change plan or cancel at any time from the “Subscription and billing” page. Moving to a bigger plan takes effect immediately and the difference in credits is granted at once. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep access and your credits until then. No pro-rata refund is due for a started period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal

The service is digital content available immediately. By subscribing and launching a first paid action, you request immediate performance and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal for the credits used, in line with the rules applicable to digital content. Unused credits from a subscription or a top-up can be refunded on request at team@winfind.io within 14 days of payment.

7. What Winfind provides, and does not guarantee

The data shown (sales, ads, creators, competitors) comes from third-party sources and is provided as is, at the time it is read; it may be incomplete or change. Scores, verdicts, brands, strategies and the agent's answers are produced by artificial intelligence: they are decision aids, not personalised advice, and may contain errors.

We do not guarantee that a product will sell, any commercial result, or uninterrupted availability of the service. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, your products, your regulatory compliance and your advertising.

8. Acceptable use

You may not extract, bulk-copy or resell the service's data and content, share an account, circumvent credits or limits, use the service for unlawful products, or disrupt its operation. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; remaining credits are then forfeited.

9. Intellectual property

The software, its method, its texts and its design belong to us. The results generated for your account (brand, hooks, strategy) are yours to use for your business, without exclusivity: we do not guarantee that another account will not receive the same product, unless the service says so.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers or data).

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. The current subscription is stopped, and your winners, analyses, brands, conversations and credits are permanently erased.

12. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. A material change is announced in the service or by email; continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (USA), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: team@winfind.io.
